Rosé
2019 The Story Rose Super complex wine with multiple layers derived from Pinot Gris fermented on skins, Grenache, Roussanne and a touch of Viognier all barrel fermented.
2019 Even Keel Rose Fragrant nose of strawberries and cream, with a hint of ripe white peach. A dash of white pepper and spice leading into a savoury finish. Barrel fermented Pinot Noir.
2019 Jericho Rose As pretty as the packaging! Fresh cherry, strawberry, mango and slight green tea on the nose. Made from the Three Pinot’s (Noir, Meunier and Gris).
White
2018 Sentio Beechworth Blanc Another stellar wine from Chris Catlow. A blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin with a touch of Gruner and Arneis. Everything you’d expect; richness from Chardonnay, texture and aromatics from the others all on a pure and precise palate.
2019 Dagger Pinot Grigio So much perfume and as pretty as the label. Callie and Nina have made a gorgeously perfumed Grigio with nashi/corella pear fruit and chamomile. A touch of texture and crisp structure.
2019 Even Keel Pinot Gris Complex and delicious, wild yeast barrel fermentation adding complexity to the stonefruit/spice/ginger spectrum of flavours.
2019 Helm Orange Riesling Exceptional value from the master of riesling. Fruit is from Central ranges NSW and is made into a pure and precise expression of Riesling. Floral, citrus and bell clear!
2019 Jericho Fiano Such an interesting wine and perfect for Summer. A dryer more focussed expression with a touch of texture. Stonefruit, citrus and that unmistakable herbal/fresh fennel element.
Sparkling
2018 The Story Prosecco ‘Col Fondo’ Prosecco done the traditional way. Glera is fermented to dryness and allowed sit on lees for a year; developing complexity and settling the ‘chunky bits’. A portion of the juice from the following vintage is bottled with the wine and sealed for bubbles.
2019 Cloak and Dagger Prosecco Everything you want from a super crisp, clean Prosecco. More expressive than the average with crunchy apple, citrus and a dry finish.
Red
2019 The Story Grenache Juicy, vibrant and beautifully bright. This is the only Grenache in the Grampians and there should be more. Floral, red/blue fruit compote, aromatic spices on a focussed palate with great acidity and tannins.
2019 Jericho Tempranillo Joven style; highly perfumed Cherry/spice spectrum. Youthful and so bright!
2018 Even Keel Pinot Noir Exceptional value perfumed Mornington Pinot. Red fruit, strawberry lift, brambly edge and super slippery. Layers of spice and savoury elements adding complexity.
2019 Cloak and Dagger Sangiovese A more youthful expression of Sangiovese. Plum, earth, terracotta with unmistakable dusty tannins.
